SR-HORSE OLIGOPEPTIDE-1

sr-Horse Oligopeptide-1 is a single chain recombinant protein produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized to be identical to the gene which codes for Epidermal Growth Factor derived from horse. The protein contains a maximum of 89 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 단백질이다. 출발유전자는 말에서 유래한 상피세포성장인자(Epidermal Growth Factor)를 코딩하는 유전자와 동일하도록 합성된 것이다. 모단백질은 다이설파이드결합 및/또는 글라이코실레이션을 갖는 최대 89개의 아미노산으로 이뤄져 있으며, 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.
