sr-(Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1 Oligopeptide-192 Oligopeptide-193) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sr-Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1, Oligopeptide-192, and sr-Oligopeptide-193. The fusion peptide contains 481 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation.
