SR-(CLOSTRIDIUM BOTULINUM POLYPEPTIDE-1 JELLYFISH POLYPEPTIDE-1 HEXAPEPTIDE-40)

sr-(Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1 Jellyfish Polypeptide-1 Hexapeptide-40) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from r-Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1, sr-Jellyfish Polypeptide-1 and Hexapeptide-40. The fusion peptide contains 684 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 알-클로스트리듐 보툴리눔폴리펩타이드-1 및 에스알-해파리폴리펩타이드-1 및 헥사펩타이드-40을 코딩하는 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 684개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
