Definición
Silicone Quaternium-31 is a complex silicone polymer formed by the reaction of glycidoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, a PEG-8/PPG-3 block copolymer which is terminated with 2-aminopropyl groups, and N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-1,6-hexanediamine. Lauric Acid and Acetic Acid are used to neutralize the residual amine groups.
