Definition
sh-Polypeptide-56 Tripeptide-44 rh-Polypeptide-7 is a single chain synthetic fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sh-Polypeptide-56, rh-Polypeptide-7 and Tripeptide-44. The fused peptide contains 1224 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 대장균으로 발효하여 얻은 단일 사슬 합성 융합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-56, 알에이치-폴리펩타이드-7 및 트라이펩타이드-44로부터의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합된 펩타이드는 표준아미노산으로 구성된 1224개의 아미노산으로 이루어져 있다
