이 원료는 대장균에의해 발효된 단일사슬 합성융합펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-50 및 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-56로부터의 유전자를 융합에 의해 합성된 것이다. 융합된 펩타이드는 표준아미노산으로 구성된 1790개의 아미노산으로 이루어져 있다.

The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sh-Polypeptide-50 and sh-Polypeptdie-56. The fused peptide contains 1790 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
