SH-PENTAPEPTIDE-6 SP AMIDE

sh-Pentapeptide-6 SP Amide is a single chain human peptide produced synthetically to be identical to a portion of the protein, Adiponectin, and contains 5 amino acids consisting of glycine, leucine, phenylalanine and tyrosine in which the C-terminus is an amide. The parent protein contains a maximum of 244 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 단백질인 아디포넥틴의 일부와 동일하도록 합성하여 얻은 단일사슬휴먼펩타이드로, 글라이신, 류신, 페닐알라닌 및 타이로신으로 이루어진 5개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며, C-말단은 아마이드이다. 모단백질은 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 244개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.
