SH-OLIGOPEPTIDE-71

sh-Oligopeptide-71 is a single chain recombinant human peptide produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is a synthesized copy of the human gene which codes for Dynorphin used as such or adapted to the production host. It contains a maximum of 254 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균에서 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 합성휴먼펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 다이놀핀(dynorphin)를 코딩하는 사람유전자와 동일하도록 합성된 것이다. 이것은 디설파이드결합 및/또는 글라이코실레이션이 된 최대 254개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
