Definition
sh-Oligopeptide-7 is a single chain recombinant human peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli and contains 31 amino acids. The starting gene is synthesized to be identical to the human gene which codes for Beta Endorphin, and codes for a total of 267 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or sugar. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids
이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 합성휴먼펩타이드로서 31개의 아미노산을 포함한다. 출발유전자는 Beta Endorphin을 코딩하는 인간 유전자와 동일한 코드를 갖도록 합성된 것으로 그대로 사용하거나 생산숙주에 적합하게 개조된 것이다. 이것은 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 267개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.
