Definición
sh-Oligopeptide-24 SP is a single chain human peptide produced synthetically to be identical to a portion of the protein, C-X-C Motif Chemokine 13, and contains 20 amino acids consisting of arginine, asparagine, cysteine, glutamic acid, glycine, isoleucine, lysine, proline, serine, tryptophan and valine. The parent protein contains a maximum of 109 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 C-X-C Motif Chemokine 13 단백질의 일부와 동일하도록 합성하여 얻은 단일사슬 휴먼펩타이드로 알지닌, 아스파라진, 시스테인, 글루타믹애씨드, 글라이신, 아이소류신, 라이신, 프롤린, 세린, 트립토판 및 발린으로 이루어진 20개의 아미노산으로 이루어져 있다. 모단백질은 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 109개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
