sh-Oligopeptide-103 SP is a single chain human peptide produced synthetically to be identical to a portion of the protein, Dickkopf-Related Protein 1, and contains 13 amino acids consisting of alanine, arginine, asparagine, cysteine, glycine, histidine, lysine, methionine, proline and tyrosine. Dickkopf-Related Protein 1 contains a maximum of 266 amino acids consisting of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
