SH-OLIGOPEPTIDE-1 SR-EGYPTIAN SCORPION OLIGOPEPTIDE-1

sh-Oligopeptide-1 sr-Egyptian Scorpion Oligopeptide-1 is a single chain fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sh-Oligopeptide-1 and sr-Egyptian Scorpion Oligopeptide-1. The fusion peptide contains 90 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일 사슬 융합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 에스에이치-올리고펩타이드-1 및 에스알-이집트전갈올리고펩타이드-1의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 90개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있으며 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
