Definition
sh-Octapeptide-6 SP is a single chain human peptide, produced synthetically to be identical to a portion of the protein, 40S ribosomal protein S3, and contains 8 amino acids consisting of glycine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine and valine. The parent protein contains a maximum of 243 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 단백질 40S Ribosomal Protein S3의 일부와 동일하도록 합성하여 얻은 단일사슬 휴먼펩타이드로 글라이신, 아이소류신, 류신, 라이신, 메티오닌 및 발린으로 이루어져 있다. 모단백질은 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 243개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
