s-RNA-3 is a synthetic copy of miRNA 328-3p which binds to and interferes with Secreted Frizzled-Related pPotein 1 (SFRP1), which is an inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway. s-RNA-3 is composed of 22 ribonucleotides.
