s-Rice Oligopeptide-1 is a single chain protein produced synthetically to be identical to a portion of the protein, Starch Synthase found in rice. The peptide contains 11 amino acids. Starch Synthase contains a maximum of 50 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
