Definition
s-Frog Oligopeptide-1 Amide is a single chain peptide synthetically produced based on a 14 amino acid sequence from Temporin-1DRb which is found in the California red-legged frog, Rana draytonii. Temporin-1DRb has a maximum of 63 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 amino acids.
이 원료는 California red-legged frog인 Rana draytonii에서 발견된 Temporin-1DRb의 14개 아미노산 서열에 근거하여 합성하여 얻은 단일사슬 펩타이드이다. <BR/>Temporin-1DRb는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 63개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
