이 원료는 아파민과 동일하도록 합성하여 얻은 단일 사슬 단백질이다. 이것은 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 46개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.
