rh-Polypeptide-87 rh-Polypeptide 88 is a recombinant human peptide produced by fermentation in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. The starting gene which is isolated from a human cell and codes for Interleukin 12 is used as such or adapted to the production host. The protein is a double chain comprised of two different subunits: rh-Polypeptide-87 and rh-Polypeptide-88, which are covalently linked by a disulfide bond.
