Definition
rh-Polypeptide-60 is a single chain recombinant human peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is directly isolated from a human cell which codes for Superoxide Dismutase 1 used as such or adapted to the production host. It contains a maximum of 154 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 대장균에의해 발효된 단일사슬 재조합휴먼펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 인체 세포에서 직접 분리된 Superoxide Dismutase 1을 코딩하는 유전자이다. 이것은 디설파이드결합 및/또는 당을 갖는 최대 154개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
