Definición

rh-Oligopeptide-2 is a single chain recombinant human peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is directly isolated from a human cell which codes for Insulin-Like Growth Factor. It contains a maximum of 153 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or sugar. 이 원료는 대장균에서 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 휴먼 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 인체세포에서 직접 분리된 Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1을 코딩하는 사람 유전자와 동일한 코드를 갖도록 합성된 것으로 그대로 사용하거나 생산숙주에 적합하게 개조된 것이다. 이것은 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 최대 195개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
