RH-OLIGOPEPTIDE-110

r-(s-HIV-1 Oligopeptide-5 rh-Oligopeptide-98 Oligopeptide-207 rh-Oligopeptide-109 rh-Oligopeptide-110 rh-Oligopeptide-101) is a single chain fusion peptide produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes encoding for s-HIV-1 Oligopeptide-5 SP, rh-Oligopeptide-98, Oligopeptide-207, rh-Oligopeptide-109, rh-Oligopeptide-110, and rh-Oligopeptide-101. The fusion peptide contains 263 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation an d consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
