R-(TRIPEPTIDE-70 S-RAINBOW TROUT OLIGOPEPTIDE-1 SH-POLYPEPTIDE-50)

r-(Tripeptide-70 s-Rainbow Trout Oligopeptide-1 sh-Polypeptide-50) is a single chain fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Tripeptide-70, sr-Rainbow Trout Oligopeptide-1 and sh-Polypeptide-50. The fusion peptide contains 270 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acid.

이 원료는 대장균에서 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 융합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 트라이펩타이드-70, 에스알-레인보우트라우트올리고펩타이드-1 및 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-50의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 270개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 종류는 표준아미노산이다.
