R-(SH-OLIGOPEPTIDE-75 SH-POLYPEPTIDE-1)

r-(sh-Oligopeptide-75 sh-Polypeptide-1) is a single chain recombinant peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from sh-Oligopeptide-75 and sh-Polypeptide-1. The fusion peptide contains 161 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 에스에이치-올리고펩타이드-75 및 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-1의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합펩타이드는 다이설파이드결합 및/또는 글라이코실레이션을 갖는 161개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있고. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
