R-MUSSEL POLYPEPTIDE-1 R-MUSSEL OLIGOPEPTIDE-1 SH-POLYPEPTIDE-1

r-Mussel Polypeptide-1 r-Mussel Oligopeptide-1 sh-Polypeptide-1 is a single chain recombinant fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from r-Mussel Polypeptide-1 (q.v.), r-Mussel Oligopeptide-1 (q.v.) and sh-Polypeptide-1 (q.v.). The fused peptide contains 216 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균 E. coli에 의해 발효하여 생성된 단일사슬 재조합 융합펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 알-홍합폴리펩타이드-1, 알-홍합올리고펩타이드-1 및 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-1에서 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 그 융합펩타이드는 216개의 아미노산 및 20개의 표준 아미노산의 적절한 배열로 구성되어 있다.
