Polyurethane-97 is formed by the reaction of Dimethyl Carbonate, Hexanediol and Isophorone Diisocyanate. The resulting pre-polymer is capped with a mixture of Hydroxyethyl Acrylamide, hydroxypropyl acrylamide and hydroxybutyl acrylamide.
