Polysilicone-40 is a siloxane polymer that is formed by reacting Bis-Hydrogen Dimethicone with PEG-9 Diallyl Ether. The resulting polymer is end-capped with Allyl Glycidyl Ether. The epoxy groups on the ends of the siloxane copolymer are further reacted with Aminomethyl Propanol.
