Definition
PNA-4 Carboxyethyl Fluorene is the modified polymer of PNA containing 13 nucleobases consisting of Adenine, Aminoethoxymethyl Pyrrolopyrimidone, Cytosine, Aminopentyl Aminoadenine, and Guanine, and Aminopentyl Guanine. It conforms generally to the formula: where R represents a nucleobase.
이 원료는 주로 다음의 구조를 갖는 아데닌, 아미노에톡시메틸피롤로피리미돈, 사이토신, 아미노펜틸아미노아데닌 및 구아닌 그리고 아미노펜틸구아닌으로 구성된 13개의 핵염기를 포함하는 피엔에이의 변형된 폴리머이다. R은 핵염기이다.
