Definición
PNA-2 Carboxyethyl Fluorene is the modified polymer of PNA containing 14 nucleobases consisting of Aminoethoxymethyl Pyrrolopyrimidone, Aminohexyl Guanine, Cytosine, Guanine, Aminopentyl Guanine and Thymine. It conforms generally to the formula: where R represents a nucleobase.
