Oryza Sativa sr-(Mouse Polypeptide-4 sh-Polypeptide-154 Dipeptide-66) is a single chain recombinant peptide produced by Oryza sativa after transformation with either a transient expression system or transgenesis (stable insertion of a copy of the synthetic gene into its DNA). The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from sr-Mouse Polypeptide-4, sh-Polypeptide-154, and Dipeptide-66. The peptide contains a maximum of 664 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The fusion peptide consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
