Oryza Sativa Callus/sh-Polypeptide-69 Powder is a dried, ground powder consisting of a single chain recombinant peptide produced by fermentation in Oryza sativa callus cells, where the final product contains the callus material. The starting gene of sh-Polypeptide-69 (q.v.) is synthesized to be identical to the human gene which codes for Collagen Alpha-1 (III) Chain is used as such or adapted to the production host. It contains a maximum of 1466 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
