OLIGOPEPTIDE-126 SH-OLIGOPEPTIDE-1

Oligopeptide-126 sh-Oligopeptide-1 is a single chain synthetic fusion peptide produced by fermentation in e.Coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sh-Oligopeptide-1 and Oligopeptide-126 . The fusion peptide contains 69 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 합성 융합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 에스에이치-올리고펩타이드-1과 올리고펩타이드-126의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합된 펩타이드는 표준아미노산으로 구성된 69개의 아미노산으로 이루어져 있다.
