Nicotiana Benthamiana r-(s-Hordeum Vulgare Oligopeptide-1 sh-Polypeptide-47 s-Cloning Vector pBM020 Oligopeptide-1) is a single chain recombinant peptide produced by Nicotiana benthamiana after transformation with either a transient expression system or transgenesis (stable insertion of a copy of the synthetic gene into its DNA). The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from s-Hordeum Vulgare Oligopeptide-1, sh-Polypeptide-47, and s-Cloning Vector pBM020 Oligopeptide-1. The peptide contains a maximum of 1442 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The fusion peptide consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
