METHIONYL SH-OLIGOPEPTIDE-194 SP

Methionyl sh-Oligopeptide-194 SP is a single chain fusion peptide, produced synthetically. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sh-Oligopeptide-194 SP with the initiation code for methionine. The fusion peptide contains 15 amino acids consisting of arginine, asparagine, glutamine, isoleucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine and tryptophan, which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
