Methionyl sh-Oligopeptide-1 sr-Jellyfish Polypeptide-1 is a single chain recombinant fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sh-Oligopeptide-1 and sr-Jellyfish Polypeptide-1 with the initiation code for methionine. The fusion peptide contains 292 amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids

이 원료는 대장균에서 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 융합 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 메티오닌의 개시코드를 갖도록 에스에이치-올리고펩타이드-1 및 에스알-해파리폴리펩타이드-1의 유전자를 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합펩타이드는 다이설파이드결합 및/또는 글라이코실레이션을 갖는 292개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
