Definition
Hydrolyzed Horse Umbilical Extract is the hydrolysate of an extract of the umbilical cord of horses derived by acid, enzyme, or other method of hydrolysis.

Restriction Please consider whether entry 419 of Annex II to the Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 is applicable.
