Hexyl/Succinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer is a cross-linked dimethyl siloxane polymer that is formed by the reaction between Hydrogen Dimethicone and a combination of Allyl Succinic Anhydride and Hexene, followed by crosslinking with Hexanediol.
