The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Tetrapeptide-74, Hexapeptide-40, Oligopeptide-238, sr-Fruit Fly Polypeptide-1, Heptapeptide-63 and sr-Clostridium Cellulovorans Polypeptide-1.
