Escherichia Coli Extract/sr-(Prolinyl Di sh-Polypeptide-145) is a single chain recombinant peptide produced by fermentation in E. coli, where the final product contains proteins from the E. coli host. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of Proline and two repeats of the gene from sh-Polypeptide-145. The fusion peptide contains 17 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.

이 원료는 대장균을 발효하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 펩타이드로, 대장균 숙주에서 얻은 단백질을 포함한다. 출발유전자는 프롤린과 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-145 유전자의 2회 반복물을 융합하여 합성한 것이다. 융합펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함할 수 있는 17개의 표준아미노산으로 구성되어 있다.
