Chlorella Vulgaris sh-Oligopeptide-1 is a single chain recombinant human peptide, produced by Chollera vulgaris, after transformation with either a transient expression system or transgenesis (stable insertion of a copy of a human gene into its DNA). The starting gene is synthesized to be identical to the human gene which codes for Epidermal Growth Factor. It contains a maximum of 53 amino acids, which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 Chollera vulgaris에서 일과성 발현 시스템 또는 유전자도입(Transgenesis, DNA에 사람 유전자 복제본을 안정하게 삽입)으로 형질전환하여 얻은 단일사슬 재조합 휴먼 펩타이드이다. 출발유전자는 Epidermal Growth Factor을 코딩하는 사람 유전자와 동일한 코드를 갖도록 합성된 것이다. 융합된 펩타이드는 글라이코실화 및/또는 다이설파이드결합을 포함하는 최대 53개의 아미노산으로 이루어져 있으며, 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
