Chlorella Vulgaris Methionyl sh-Polypeptide-14 Hexapeptide-40 is a fusion peptide of sh-Polypeptide-14, Hexapeptide-40 and the initiation code for Methionine, with a single chain recombinant human protein produced by Chlorella vulgaris after using either a transient expression system or transgenesis (stable insertion of a copy of a human gene into its DNA). The fusion peptide contains 127 amino acids and may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. The protein consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
이 원료는 Chlorella vulgaris에서 일과성 발현 시스템 또는 유전자도입(Transgenesis, DNA에 사람 유전자 복제본을 안정하게 삽입)으로 형질전환하여 얻은 단일 사슬 재조합 휴먼단백질과 메티오닌을 개시코드로 하여 에스에이치-폴리펩타이드-14 및 헥사펩타이드-40을 융합하여 얻은 펩타이드이다. 융합 펩타이드는 다이설파이드결합 및/또는 글라이코실레이션을 갖는 127개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. 그 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산은 표준아미노산이다.
