이 원료는 뇌 조직에서 얻은 지질이다. 다만, 영국 및 북아일랜드산 소 유래 성분, BSE(Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) 감염조직 및 이를 함유하는 성분 또는 광우병 발병이 보고된 지역의 다음의 특정위험물질(specified risk material) 유래성분(소, 양, 염소 등 반추동물의 18개 부위)에 해당되지 않은 것이다.

Restriction Please consider whether entry 419 of Annex II to the Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 is applicable. According to entry 419, category 1 material and Category 2 material as defined in Articles 4 and 5 respectively of Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002, and ingredients derived therefrom are prohibited in cosmetics products. Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 has been repealed and replaced by Regulation No. 1069/2009. For Category 1 and 2 materials in Regulation No. 1069/2009, please see Article 8 and 9, respectively.
